Is PE better than PVC for an artificial Christmas tree?
PE is the better material, and it is not even close. Polyethylene needles come out of a mould cast from a real fir needle, so each one has true three-dimensional shape, natural taper and a matte surface. PVC needles are cut from flat plastic film, which is why budget trees look shiny and flat the moment you step closer. Every EveXmas tree is made from 100% PE needles, on the inner branches as well as the tips.
Are pre-lit LED Christmas trees worth it?
A well-built pre-lit LED tree is one of the best upgrades you can make. The lights are already distributed evenly through the tree, they use a fraction of the electricity of old bulb chains, and LEDs stay cool to the touch even after a full evening. EveXmas pre-lit trees route the light chain along the steel branch cores, so the tree glows from the inside instead of having lights draped over the surface.
Do flocked Christmas trees shed their snow?
Sprayed-on flock does, and it gets everywhere: on your hands during assembly, on the ornaments, in the carpet, and so your tree slowly turns from white to green. EveXmas flocked trees avoid the problem completely. The flock is bonded to the needle during production, so the snow stays on the tree, survives assembly, decorating and storage, and the tree looks freshly snowed-in every single December.
