Is PE better than PVC for an artificial Christmas tree?
PE is the better material, and it is not even close. Polyethylene needles come out of a mould cast from a real fir needle, so each one has true three-dimensional shape, natural taper and a matte surface. PVC needles are cut from flat plastic film, which is why budget trees look shiny and flat the moment you step closer. Are pre-lit LED Christmas trees worth it?
